Yes, we do accept international orders! We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Additionally, we also provide expedited shipping for a fee, which ensures your order will arrive one week faster. HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 1 - 3 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

I AM NOT IN LOVE WITH MY ORDER, CAN IT  BE RETURNED? WHAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE?

We only accept refunds or returns if the product is defective or damaged. A refund to in-store credit or the original payment method will be issued based on your preference. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels. If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy Page for more information.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@organixoil.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
